KB CAPITAL PARTNERS

We buy and build consumer multi-unit platforms.

An independent sponsor acquiring franchisors, franchisees in systems with scale, and independents with replicable unit economics.

About

KB Capital leverages two decades of investing in consumer-facing businesses for Goldman Sachs and GE Capital to determine which brands, which markets and which operators we pursue.

In practice, that means arriving at a deal already knowing the system's unit economics, which operators outperform their brand and which are carried by it. We buy control, keep management in place wherever we can, and build from there through add-ons and select new units.
